Strategies

1. Identifying Gifted and Talented Students
A Gifted Education Survey is conducted to identify gifted and talented students. A set of questionnaires is delivered to all Form One students at the beginning of every academic year aiming at collecting data about their potentials and areas with higher abilities.

2. Forming a Talent Pool
Based on the information from the survey, a talent pool is then developed allowing teachers responsible for different aspects of student learning and growth to provide support and programs to students.

3. Organizing Enhancement programmes of English, Chinese, and Mathematics
Courses in English, Chinese, and Mathematics are offered to junior form students to nurture their interests in the above areas.
